If you’re 40+ and desire a community environment to practice yoga & meditation, The Yoga Warrior is for you.

Each practice focuses on raising awareness, mindful movement, and augmenting physical, mental, emotional, and psychological well-being. Every session we explore the mind-body connection, including avenues that transform and evolve the mind, body, heart, and soul/energy.

I invite you to expand and refine your practice at our comfortable, exclusive, and intimate neighborhood studio. Enjoy the illuminating experience of your own, personalized guided yoga practice.

Our classes are open to both new and seasoned yoga practitioners. Come and challenge yourself to explore the possibilities of health, well-being, consciousness, clarity, lucidity, peace, and happiness through the practice of yoga.

To maintain the value we provide to our students, we talk to you to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship when participating in group classes or experiencing a private session.

Why Yoga?

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. In the Western world . . . exercise, consisting largely of the postures called asanas. Yoga is ancient wisdom intended to enhance and elevate the human condition, morally, ethically, and individually (physically, mentally, and spiritually).
